John is a strategist, advisor, and lifelong observer of how people, companies, and ideas move the world forward. He has spent his career working across industries shaping the future of mobility, energy, and sustainability, helping teams connect long-term vision with practical execution.
John’s path has never been linear. He began his career within established automotive groups, where he developed a deep appreciation for the scale, rigor, and heritage that define global industries. That experience also taught him how meaningful change happens, not through disruption alone but through creative and practical approaches that make progress possible within complex systems. Over time, he found himself drawn to early-stage ventures and fast-growing programs that required as much imagination as structure. Having lived and worked on both sides of the Atlantic, he understands not only the business differences between Europe and the United States but also the cultural nuances that shape how people think, communicate, and build.
One of John’s defining strengths is creating structure without stifling what makes a company unique. He understands the fine balance between discipline and authenticity and how to build systems that support growth while keeping the creativity, momentum, and character that fuel it.
